The 3 days gorilla habituation safari is an exceptional wildlife experience Bwindi impenetrable forest Spend four hours with the wild gorillas in the jungle, take part in training them and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience. The trip may start in Entebbe or Kigali international airport depending on the traveler’s flight.
. The gorilla habituation experience can only be done in Bwindi Forest. Rwanda has not yet introduced a similar activity. Gorilla habituation is the gradual process off introducing the gorillas to human presence. Thus the activity that last for four hours is able to introduce the visitor to most of the activities including nesting that these gentle giants are involved in.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Bwindi
Upon your arrival at the airport/Entebbe or Kigali, meet our driver guide and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest national park. The drive is an enjoyable road trip with exceptional scenic views of Uganda or Rwanda. The drive from Kigali to Bwindi takes roughly 4 hours while Entebbe to Bwindi is a full day drive but worth it. Dinner and overnight at Gorillas Safari lodge/ gorilla havens lodge
Day 2: Gorilla Habituation
After breakfast, with packed lunch, transfer to the park headquarters in Rushaga for a pre habituation briefing. You will then hike into the jungle to be with mountain gorillas. Spend four hours training wild gorillas to make them used with human presence. You will hike along with a team of doctors, conservationists and researchers. Dinner and overnight at Gorillas Safari lodge/ gorilla havens lodge
Day 3: Transfer back to Entebbe Airport
On this day, wake up take your breakfast .check out of the lodge and transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
