Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Kigali – Akagera National Park
You’ll be picked up by the driver from your hotel.
You’ll depart early from Kigali for Akagera National Park (approximately a 2.5-3 hours drive).
Late Morning: You’ll arrive in Akagera and begin your game drive, spotting wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more.
Afternoon: You’ll enjoy a boat ride on Lake Ihema, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species.
Evening: You’ll check in at your lodge in Akagera, enjoy dinner, and relax for the night.
Day 02 :Transfer to Volcanoes National Park Musanze
Morning: After breakfast, you’ll depart from Akagera National Park and start your drive to Musanze (approximately 5-6 hours).
En Route: You’ll enjoy the scenic journey through Rwanda’s countryside, passing rolling hills, villages, and stunning landscapes.
Afternoon: You’ll arrive in Musanze, check in at your accommodation, and relax after the long drive.

Day 03 Gorilla Trekking & Transfer to Kigali
Early morning: You’ll depart for Volcanoes National Park for your gorilla trekking experience. After the briefing, you will trek through the forest to meet the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
Late morning: You’ll spend an unforgettable hour with the gorillas before trekking back to base.
Afternoon: You’ll enjoy lunch and relax before starting your journey back to Kigali (approximately 2-3 hours drive).
Evening: You’ll arrive in Kigali.
Day 04 :Kigali City Tour
Morning: You’ll start your day with a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, where you can learn about Rwanda’s history and the 1994 genocide.
Late morning: You’ll explore Kimironko Market, a bustling local market where you can shop for traditional crafts, fabrics, and souvenirs.
